Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceMostly syrah 80 percent and 20 percent grenache. Raw fruity red with peppery overtones and soft dark berry strawberry fruit with just a hint of violent. Some spice and great finesse for a simple wine from a good year. Only 30 percent of the wine sees one-year-old oak ageing.
