Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom their estate vineyard's Lincoln Lakeshore limestone laced glacial till, and leading winemaker Kelly Mason, this organically grown chardonnay was whole cluster pressed before a native ferment and rest in in French oak (20% new) over 18 months. Creamy and polished, with hazelnut, lemon curd, white peach, and fragrant pear blossom, shaped with stones, and seasoned with popcorn and subtly toasted oak.
