Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis blend of syrah and grenache was destemmed, crushed, and fermented cool, each variety separate, until blending 2 months later, and bottling end of January 2025. Pouring a pale pink hue, this overtly friendly pink streams orange, candied strawberry, and baked apple on a brief palate, with some citrus sherbet closing out the finish.
