Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe white label classic Unsworth Pinot Gris sources fruit from various vineyards in the Cowichan Valley. Primarily fermented in stainless, with 10% in neutral French oak, this rested 5 months on fine lees before bottling. Crunchy and bright with yellow and green apple, this is cored with orchard pear and white blossoms over a fine slick of lees that finishes with river stones and lingering salinity.
