Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaAnother Vancouver Island rising star wrapped in a dry, leesy mineral jacket. Intense pear and green apple preview a sensual and herbal palate with more pear and quince and plenty of staying power. Well-balanced and fresh, I can't think of any fresh BC seafood that wouldn't go well with this wine.
