Solvero Pinot Gris 2025
Garnet Valley, Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSourced from Kozuki Family Vineyard on the Summerland Bench, this pinot gris is more restrained and elegant, showing a classic pear-and-green-apple orchard fruit spectrum. The palate carries the variety’s hallmark waxy, beeswax-like texture, with a more phenolic edge that sits right on the cusp, but remains true to the variety. Nicely balanced and crisp, it offers good texture, concentration, and a pretty persistent finish, with a subtle spicy character lingering at the end. Despite the 13.6% alcohol, it wears it well.
