Solvero Pinot Gris 2025
Garnet Valley, Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSourced from Kozuki Family Vineyard on the Summerland Bench, this pinot gris is more restrained and elegant in style, showing a classic pear and green apple orchard fruit spectrum. The palate carries the variety’s hallmark waxy, beeswax-like texture, with a more phenolic edge that sits right on the cusp, but remains true to the variety. Nicely balanced and crisp, it offers good texture, concentration, and a pretty persistent finish, with a subtle spicy character lingering at the end. Despite the 13.6% alcohol, it wears it well.
