This organically farmed chenin comes mostly from Ligre's chalky, limestone clay soils, and was native cool fermented in stainless, to preserve the bright, fresh, very special character of chenin on limestone. Juicy and lively, with orange blossom, crunchy pear, white peach, and crystalline lemon buzzing along the stony palate to a lemon twist.
