Touraine, Loire, FranceThis sauvignon blanc is a blend of plots across Touraine, cool fermented, and aged on lees for three months with regular stirring. A poor man's Sancerre, it is a refreshing white with a grassy, citrusy nose and a green apple palate, with a touch of wild herbs. It is a wonderful study in classic Old World sauvignon.
