This sauvignon blanc is a blend of plots sprinkled across Touraine that is cool fermented, aged on its lees for three months with regular stirring, and offers a bright nose of lemon, green apple, nectarine and wild herbs. The palate is crisp, with refreshing acidity and classic varietal character. Perfect for shellfish, especially oysters, and young chèvre. Well done. Super price.
