Look for an intense nose of blackberry, black cherry, and spice, toasted with oak. The palate continues the story with ripe dark fruit, garrigue, licorice, and supple tannins, leading to a long, savoury finish. The biodynamic blend is mostly old, centenarian carignan that brings depth, freshness, and a delicious savoury complexity, with a smaller portion of old vine Syrah that completes the picture with richness and spice. A star among the serious expressions of Corbières-Boutenac, it can compete with any similar blend globally.
