Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaThe Reserve Cab Franc is off both the Lillooet estate Dry Creek and Red Rock vineyards, and includes 12% cabernet sauvignon in the mix. Post ferment, this spent an additional 8 days on skins for more colour and tannin before a 15 month rest in French barrels (61% new). Smoked stones, roasted earth, and charred barrels scent the plumped cassis and blackberry on the tart palate. Tannins are on the rustic side at this point, requiring a hearty fall / winter stew to tame.Tasted: 15 February 2026Tasted by: Prices:
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaFort Berens Reserve is Lillooet in origin, sourced from Dry Creek Vineyard. Surprisingly elegant, almost to a fault, the attack is light and airy, with fresh, ripe red and blue fruit. You can enjoy this now or over the next five years. The grapes were gently pressed and matured in 225L French oak barrels for 15 months, including 60% new oak and 40% second-fill barrels.Tasted: 03 December 2025Tasted by: Prices:
