Blue Mountain Brut Rosé R.D. Méthode Traditionelle 2022
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBlue Mountain sparklers always reflect a strong sense of control, never straying too far from their balanced centre of fruit and acidity, and, in the case of their R.D. Rosé, its pale pink colour. The nose and entry are all about citrus blossoms, with crisp underlying acidity and a light, creamy texture. Despite its 10 grams of residual sugar, it remains dry, but there is a bit of softness on the palate that will polarize those who want something more. For those who prefer a softer, creamy style, this might be less ideal. We are quibbling here. It is a fine bottle of sparkling rosé and will easily age another three to five years. I enjoyed it with grilled prawns.Tasted: 03 December 2025Tasted by: Prices:

Blue Mountain Brut Rosé R.D. Méthode Traditionelle 2022
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPouring a pale pink-orange, this is a more restrained and delicate vintage of the Brut Rosé, more citrusy and red apple skin than bursting with red berries. I like the crisp styling, lively and dry, even with the customary 10 g/L dosage, though perhaps not as laden with fruit. Either way, it's exceptionally well made, and it's not hard to see why this has become the benchmark for sparkling rosé in the province.Tasted: 09 December 2025Tasted by: Prices:
