Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Fitz 2020 rested a minimum of 36 months before the disgorge. That kind of time on the lees creates a creamy palate rich in complexity, not to mention red apples and almonds, and a saline washed minerality. This chardonnay was grown at their estate Greata Ranch Vineyard in Peachland. The balance, the styling, the tiny bubbles, it is all here and ready to drink.
