Culmina Family Estate Dilemma 2023

Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDilemma is cultivated at an elevation of 580 metres on Golden Mile Bench, sourced from Margaret's Bench Vineyard. It's made with a blend of Dijon clones 95 and 76, with a partial malolactic fermentation preceding maturation for eight months in a combination of French oak (30% new, 40% 1 year old barrels) and stainless steel. The result is a creamy expression that reflects a contemporary New World profile, featuring orange, honey, lemon curd, ripe pear, and subtle hazelnut. Dilemma is made for those who appreciate a richer style of chardonnay. It pairs well with lobster or halibut, as well as dishes such as creamy mushroom risotto or sumac seasoned roasted cauliflower, pine nuts, currants, and pecorino.Tasted: 17 October 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
