Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceGrenache blanc, roussanne, viognier, clairette fill the voluminous palate of this CdR blanc, sourced mainly from stony marl soils and clay limestone slopes. A ferment and short 5 month stint in stainless help preserve freshness, which is welcome. Perfumed quince, fragrant pear glide along the silken palate, buffered with a pad of lees, and finishing with lingering white blossoms.
