Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaThe Blue Grouse Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed, fermented, and aged for 11 months in French oak barrels and puncheons, with only occasional bâtonnage, all in search of creamy textures and an elevated mouthfeel to activate the lees.
