Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Southern Okanagan fruit, this destemmed pinot was fermented cooler in stainless before being pressed off into barrel for the completion of fermentation and resting 9 months. Soft and juicy, with dark cherry, sapid plum, seasoned with lightly toasted cedar on a plumped palate, framed with very light tannins. A friendly, easy intro to the Southern Okanagan pinot style.Tasted: 17 December 2024Tasted by: Prices:

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Oliver-based 13.5% pinot is about soft, round, easy-sipping fruit. Cherries and baking spices mark the nose, while the palate is a red plum and strawberry compote affair with a light brushing of oak and a touch of orange. It's a simple, uncomplicated bottling that was made to drink now. The winery suggests sundried tomato and feta sausages, or harissa roasted vegetables. Sounds good to me.Tasted: 08 November 2024Tasted by: Prices:
