Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Semillon 2022
Hunter, New South Wales, AustraliaFrom a selection of top Semillon vineyards around the Hunter Valley, predominantly dry grown, with an average vine age of 40 years. The wine was pressed and fermented in stainless, where it remained for a few months on lees. This is bright and sprightly on its feet at 11%, skipping lemongrass, lime pith, green apple along its light frame, slicked with a fine lees, and finishing with a grapefruit snap.
