Champagne Gosset Celebris Brut 2012
Champagne, FranceCelebris is Gosset's Prestigue Cuvee line, produced only in exceptional years (and in small lots), and first launched in 1995 with 1988 vintage. This is the 9th Celebris release. The 2012 blends 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir, waiting until winter 2022 for disgorgement, with 5.5 g/L. Toast and vanilla wafer season the creamy lemon and red and green apple filling the palate, kissed with anise, and finishing long and saline.
