Champagne Gosset Celebris Brut 1995
Champagne, FranceA blend of 46/54 chardonnay and pinot noir all harvested from 100 per cent rated grand cru vineyards. Very fine mousse with a touch of yellow colour. Creamy, toasty, citrus peel, cherry, green apple, baked pear aromas with a floral, anise note. Crisp, fresh, elegant style with great finesse. Lots of green apple, citrus, creamy, pear skin, mineral, flavours. Tight, leaner style but intense with a rich apple, nutty, pear finish. Needs years with the acidity and structure. Lay away for 3-5 years at least. Top stuff here.
