Three Sisters Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaQuite reductive at first pour, give this some time for it to blow off. Underneath there's pink grapefruit and gooseberry, in a more lean, restrained style with fresh herbs. There's notable residual sweetness, finishing off-dry and more than balancing the tart acidity.
