Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThree Sisters Sauvignon Blanc has a large bump of residual sugar, flattening the traditional high acid style most sauvignon is known for. The catch is, for the many who will say this wine is too sweet, an equal number of folks will say they love this style. This wine will appeal to a broad audience if you embrace ripe candied grapefruit and ripe melons in your sauvignon. You can chill this and serve it on a hot patio, and it will be a hit, or you could serve it with a spicy curry where it will be equally embraced.
