Solvero Pinot Gris 2023
Garnet Valley, Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt's year two for Solvero’s pinot gris, harvested from Kozuki Family Vineyards and Happy Valley Vineyard near 600 meters above sea level, across four separate picks, and treated individually. The fermentations were mostly spontaneous, kept cool, and spread over three to four weeks to dryness. The textural style has low fruit, more mineral terroir, and creamy, bitter citrus notes.
