Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis pinot noir rosé was made using the direct press method, with 20 hours skin contact before the gently pressed juice was fermented and rested in stainless over 6 months. Bright and brisk, with crunchy strawberry, subtle cherry blossoms, and pithy pink grapefruit running over a slight lees deck, and finishing with a dusting of peppery spice and smoked stone.
