Narrative XC Sparkling 2022

Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNarrative's XC Sparkling is both mindful and demure. The lightweight glass and Stelvin closure are designed to handle its carbonated Prosecco-style pressure, which is the mindful part of this mix of Naramata-based auxerrois and chardonnay. At the same time, its pale pink hue is the demure portion. Crisp, clean, and dry, it pitches melon, citrus, and red fruit with a medium wash of lees from spending 90 (XC) days inside innovative charmat tanks that were designed to lie on their sides to provide a bigger surface of lees to juice.
