Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of two single vineyard pinot noirs from 2022, this comes off Naramata Bench's Rubis Family Vineyard. After destemming, this was native fermented in stainless over 21 days on skins prior to resting in French oak (30% new) for 10 months. Lifted raspberry, fragrant cherry is threaded with black tea, and kissed with cracked pink peppercorn. Tannins are slight, long, and lithe, guiding this to a bitter cherry twist.
