Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of two pinot noirs from 2018, this comes from Naramata Bench's Rubis Family Vineyard. After destemming, a 5-day cold soak, and native ferment, this was aged in French oak (30% new) for 10 months before bottling. Dark plum, bright black cherry glides along a gently plump palate, spiced with sasparilla and sultry baking spices.
