Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate Fleet Road vineyard, this viognier was fermented in a mix of French and acacia barrels, with 3 months' rest on lees. The wood use amps up viognier's inherent spice, imbuing the ripe pear, apricot, nectarine, greengage, and jasmine with gingersnap and white pepper. There's a lovely lime line that keeps this fresh and bright through the snappy, dry finish.
