Bright and fresh, it leads with a mix of guava and citrus in an easy sipping white where the acidity is in check. The style is fruit driven, but they halt the fermentation with a touch of residual sugar to balance the palate and finish. Expect a bit of candied pear, grapefruit on the dryish end.
