Township 7 NBO Blue Terrace Vineyard 2020

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNBO (North Bench Oliver) is a 56/44 blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot, aged for two years in 225L French and American oak. The blend of fruit comes from the Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver. It carries the signature Okanagan savoury, spicy black fruit with the scent of black currants, black cherries, and baking chocolate. The attack is 2020 generous, with dense, firm, sweet tannins and more dried black fruits and shaved dark chocolate. There is no rush to drink this wine, but if you must, think lamb, T-Bone, or pork ribs to help break down the line in your mouth. I would love to see this with all French oak.Tasted: 02 February 2024Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
