Foolish Wine Troublemaker Chardonnay Pet Nat 2022
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhen the Coghill and Main families moved to the Okanagan to build Neighbourhood Brewing, they fell in love with wine country and decided to get involved. Some told the brewers that getting into wine was a foolish endeavour, so they used that challenge to name their new winery. This is the first wine off their Naramata estate, a chardonnay pét-nat. Sour and bitter lemon sit atop ample yeast, and sharp parmesan, finishing with a sharp acerbic twist.
