Kamptal, Niederösterreich, Weinland Österreich, AustriaFrom certified biodynamic vineyards in Village sites Langenlois and Gumpoldskirchen, and loess, gneiss, and limestone gravels, this blends 33% Zweigelt, 19% Pinot Noir, 17% Pinot Blanc, 16% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Gris, and 2% St. Laurent, native fermented in stainless, with full MLF. This spent at least 22 months on lees before disgorgement June 2023 with 2 g/L. Crunchy green apple, pear blossom, apricot skin races through this dry, zippy sparkler, with a tart citrus twist on the snappy finish.
