British Columbia, CanadaThe Premier Cab is a well made varietal wine that hits all the notes most cabernet drinkers like. It has plenty of jammy blackcurrant and black cherries, with a small number of dried fruit notes that offer a touch of sweetness. I like the freshness here, and some of the Okanagan desert scrub that adds interest. There is little complexity, but you can drink this wine now.
