Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMade with Marechal Foch grapes harvested from the Home Block Vineyard in West Kelowna. Foch is cold-hardy, which may sound more attractive this year, but the wine style is mostly disappointing. There’s a smoky dark fruit nose, previewing light earthy, bitter, smoky notes with bright acidity, and a short palate.
