Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaBlue Grouse's Rosé has lost the Twill in the title, and their latest incarnation is entirely gamay from Cowichan Valley. Pouring a shining blush peach, this juicy pink is packed with strawberry jam, candied red apple, and pithy pink grapefruit, finishing with a snappy citrus twist. There's a bump of RS here that is up against some pretty sharp acidity, but with a good chill and a plate of protein canapés you wouldn't notice much.
