Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaBlue Grouse has dropped the Quill from the Pinot Gris, and the 2022 vintage is entirely Cowichan Valley. Crunchy pear, yellow apple, subtle melon lead the lees-decked palate, with some tart lemon / lime on the snappy finish.
