This shows a combination of zesty lemon, yellow apple, and honeycomb that's lifted by orchard blossoms. The fruit is restrained, yet there's a surprising richness to the palate that's beautifully balanced by a real sense of energy and carried by an undercurrent of chalky minerality to a long, satisfying finish.
