Corcelettes Pinot Noir 2022

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Corcelettes Pinot is a mix of clones 117 and 115, and given the heat that can build up in the Similkameen Valley most summers, it opens with some elegance on the nose. Dry black cherries and some youthful tannins mark the entry. The mid-palate is full flavoured and persistent, pitching warm, spicy, savoury red fruit before finishing with some dense but silky tannins. It is your choice to drink or hold. For now, it can take on some more decadent dishes like duck, barbecue pork ribs, mushroom anything, or salty cheeses.Tasted: 04 November 2023Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
