Blomidon Chardonnay 2021
Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaThe 2021 Blomidon Chardonnay blends 45% Blomidon Estate Vineyard, with 40% Blomidon Next Door Vineyard, and 15% Luckett Avonport Vineyard, all in the Annapolis Valley. This was partial native fermented in a mix of 60/40 barrel / stainless, with different lots spending up to 11 months on lees. Lemon curd, green apple, and perfumed white blossoms are wrapped with a fine cloak of toasty wood, and bedded by a gentle lees bed.
