Blomidon Chardonnay 2018
Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaThe new release 2018 Chardonnay is from Blomidon's Annapolis Valley Blomidon Estate Vineyard as well as their Woodside Road Vineyard. After French barrel fermentation (20% new) and full MLF, this remained on lees for one year, prior to tightening 4 more months more in tank. The wood is felt framing this youthful, creamy wine, through waves of gentle vanilla, orange blossom, and lemon curd.
