Lake Sonoma Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Sonoma County, California, United StatesLake Sonoma Cabernet is a textbook introductory Sonoma cab owned by the Stewart Family of West Kelowna's Quails' Gate. Full bodied and ripe with that characteristic savoury underside, it is packed full of blackberries and dried herbs with good acid and length. It's a simple but pleasing red for cab fans, and it's under $30. This was aged 11 months in a mixture of new and neutral French oak with a touch of new American oak. Beef empanadas, beef tacos, or hamburgers will work.Tasted: 22 September 2023Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
