This wine came from three vineyards in late September and early October to fight off the heat and keep it balanced. Aged for 19 months in 40% new and 60% neutral French Oak barrels, it opens with fragrant plummy black cherry with a dash of prune. Milk chocolate, spice, and black cherry fill in the back end along with soft sweet, savoury tannins. Consumer-friendly and ready to drink.
