Dog Point Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThe colour is a bright, pale straw, and the nose intensely aromatic with granny smith apple, lemon rind, and orange blossoms. The plate is awash in crisp citrus, washed in saline and finished with a subtle tropical note. This wine overdelivers in the glass every year. From the Wairau Valley, Marlborough, the DP sauvignon is picked at 8.4 tonnes/hectare from a vineyard planted over silty-clay loams with some parcels of gravel interspersed. A portion of this wine is fermented using indigenous yeasts, and it is all aged for four months in stainless steel, and bottled without fining.Tasted: 02 September 2023Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
