Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandAlmost three years down the road the DP savvy I still relatively fresh under screwcap. The nose is a lime and nettle concoction with some passion fruit and minerality. The attack is soft and round now, still with good acidity but more tropical melon fruit characters and lemongrass. Perfect now for fresh and aged white cheeses or mussels.
