Hester Creek Old Vine Brut 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Old Vines Brut is made in the traditional method, with 24 months on lees, using a block of estate pinot blanc planted back in 1968. It's lean and citrusy, with a combination of lemon and green apple that's lifted by white orchard blossoms. There's a lovely purity and elegance to the nose, but with an assertive mousse that dominates the palate.
