Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceThis introductory Fabre en Provence label was first created in 1920 by Henri Fabre Sr., although the family history stretches back 17 generations in the region. The winery quickly became the largest producer in the South of France. It was among the first to operate its bottling line while working tirelessly for the recognition of AOC Côtes de Provence. This label continues to overdeliver for its price, pouring a fresh pale pink/orange colour, pitching wild strawberries and rosewater sprinkled with minerals.
