Côtes de Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceHenri Fabre and his ancestors have been producing rosé for 17 generations in Provence, and participated in founding the Provence AOC. This is fresh, bright and vibrant, with reasonably lush strawberry and rosewater that spill across a palate of ripe raspberries and salinity throughout its glossy textures. The vineyard mix is 29/26/45 grenache/syrah/cinsault.
