Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis late-harvest sauvignon blanc comes from Whispered Secret Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley. The balance is perfectly spot on, with vervy, bright acidity that cuts through the 85.5 g/L residual sugar and keeps pulling you back into the glass. And then there's the fruit: precise, beautifully defined pineapple, guava, passionfruit, and orange that's vibrant and pure, exuding the long hang-time after being picked in late November.
