Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA subtle expression from Okanagan Falls that never gets too high and never gets too low. The nose mixes fresh cut herbs, grapefruit, and muted peach. The palate has the same flavours and tempo with a mineral chalky undercurrent in the finish. The 15-16 year old vines are picked twice at different flavour and acid levels, and fermented with ambient winery yeast.
